Coach Federation and is Senior Faculty at The Coaches Training Institute. She coaches entrepreneurs, executives, leaders and teams who want to take their lives and business to the next level of growth and development.

With over 20 years of personal and professional experience in human development, leadership training and experiential learning, Marlena invites her clients to dream outside of the box yet apply grounded, practical wisdom. After years of seeing what is possible when people go beyond their limiting beliefs, Marlena champions her
individual and organizational clients to take risks, challenge the status quo and create new pathways for growth and sustainability.

She brings coaching and leadership work inside organizations, some of which include: Cisco/Meraki, Google, Medtronic, Airbnb, BASF, UNICEF, The Singapore Civil Service, Stanford University, and The Transportation Security Administration. Marlena uses The Leadership Circle Profile and The Enneagram to support clients in their personal and professional transformation.

Marlena has been devoted to intensive meditation and spiritual practice since 1995. She is a Certified Teacher with Search Inside Yourself Institute and Certified Community Dharma Leader through Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She has taught Mindfulness at Spirit Rock, San Francisco Insight, Dominican University and USF. With training in somatic therapies and deep inquiry, Marlena brings her passion for embodiment and integration to her personal and professional life.
